If you are wanting a great work out with fun music and high energy this is the "Simply Bliss" is the class for you! Full of flowing sequences to challenge your endurance, plus poses for strengthening and centering with emphasis on core power all while challenging yourself to build strength, stamina and confidence!

This workshop will feature: aromatherapy, deep myofascial release, breath exploration, Yin yoga poses, and of course, Carolyn's unique flavor of teaching. She can bring you into a calm state fast and sweetly.
